The Ignetica choice

Having built a strong foundation in the consulting industry I was eager to reach new heights by joining a dynamic firm with a proven track record. The opportunity to be more hands on in terms of client delivery was a key factor in my career decision making process. Ignetica offered a great opportunity in terms of programme/ project delivery but also the ability to interact with key stakeholders directly, often in senior or executive positions. This platform enabled rapid progression and my career path was accelerated within months.

 

The team dynamic at Ignetica is also a very attractive feature, not only are people friendly but they strive to develop/ enable others on a daily basis. The internal constructiveness allied to direct client exposure makes the Ignetica experience one of the most challenging opportunities in the consulting world in my own opinion.
