To support our continuous growth we have defined distinct careers paths to develop our people and maximise our results. Ignetica as a strategic management consultancy will always maximise people’s potential in line with core consulting. Our primary objective is to shape individuals over time so they can become Management Consultants.

 

We however value all our people and in certain situations core consulting isn’t always the answer! We have therefore developed a project services career path for individuals wanting to pursue ‘Delivery’ focused roles, primarily around Project or Programme Management.

 

In most cases following a successful experience at Senior Analyst level we would transition people into Core Consulting. If the individual and organisation feel that another path is more appropriate we would offer opportunities to become Delivery Lead as a transition point developing into Project/ Programme Managers in the long term.

 

The career paths are outlined below:

 

The time in each role before promotion (time-at-level) is entirely dependent on individual performance but typical timing may be as follows;

 

  • Analyst (Entry-Level/ Graduate) c24 months
  • Senior Analyst c24 months
  • Consultant c36 months

 

More Senior Roles in Consulting or Project Delivery/ Services do not have an indicative ‘time-at-level’ requirement as the variation in responsibilities will depend on client engagements and business development opportunities. The ‘time-at-level’ expectations with such individuals will be set according to business needs and individual objectives.

 

Please note that ‘time-at-level’ is a typical estimation of the experience required at each level before progressing to the next. This is indicative only and in some case and accelerated path will be applicable.
