Analyst (Entry-Level/Graduate)

We look for Analysts (entry-level or graduate) with the skills to contribute to a consulting team now, whilst also having the potential for wider structured career development into strategic management consulting.

Working as part of a consulting team, this role is primarily focused on supporting strategic analysis but also incorporates strategy development and implementation planning.

Typical Career Experience: from recent graduates up to 2 years experience in a relevant role.

What do you typically do at this level?

Strategic Analysis: Interpreting complex situations (in markets, industries, business and organisations/systems) to create clear insight.  This may include data analysis, modelling, research meetings, workshops, trial programmes or other means to gain comprehensive perspectives.

Strategy Development: Supporting Ignetica team members (Senior Analysts or Consultants) and client management teams identifying and evaluating strategic options with robust conceptual and operational awareness. Provide assistance in the development of strategy documents, business/investment cases, operating plans and implementation frameworks.

Business/ Transformation Enablement: Supporting senior team members develop bespoke solutions to address client requirements based on their specific situation and objectives.

What’s in it for me?

Successful candidates will be guided through a clear development plan lasting approximately 24 months with the objective of reaching a Senior Analyst position by the end of that phase. The exposure to high-end client engagements is also a key advantage of this role. Unlike many organisations we offer this direct exposure from the start to support rapid development of individuals.

As an Entry-Level/ Graduate new joiner you will benefit from the support of a ‘Managing Consultant’ that will help you achieve the necessary performance targets and shape your future responsibilities with the company. This approach is separate to our standard ‘line management’ and looks to enable people in parallel to their normal day to day activities.

Internships

We are very keen to hear from students currently planning a 6-12 months industrial placement as part of their university degrees.

To be considered for an internship your degree course must have some relevance to the following: Business/Systems Analysis, Strategic Marketing, Corporate Strategy and MI/BI Analysis.

To submit your profile please refer to our Spontaneous Application process. If we feel your profile meets the necessary requirements for one of our projects we will contact you in due course.
