We look for analysts with a proven track record in a particular field, with the ability to rapidly contribute to our dynamic programme and project delivery teams. This role is a gateway to strategic management consulting and provides the necessary exposure to become a Consultant over time.  

Working as part of a consulting team, this role is primarily focused on strategic analysis but also incorporates strategy development and implementation planning.

Typical Career Experience: 2-10 years in a relevant role.

What do you typically do at this level?

Strategic Analysis: Interpreting complex situations (in markets, industries, business and organisations/systems) to create clear insight.  This may include data analysis, modelling, research interviews, workshops, trial programmes or other means to gain comprehensive perspectives.

Strategy Development:  Ownership of key work packages across programmes/ projects. In association with client’s management teams identifying and evaluating strategic options with robust conceptual and operational awareness. Development of strategy documents, business/investment cases, operating plans and implementation frameworks.  

Business/ Transformation Enablement:  Assisting consultants to develop bespoke proposals to address client requirement based on their specific situation and objectives.
