Like any service business our people are our greatest asset.  All people working with Ignetica have a highly successful track record in their particular field.  The common link is a desire to utilise their skills and experience for maximum effect with multiple clients.  

Our ‘Roles’ structure is designed to accommodate the necessary flexibility for all types of projects whilst ensuring we have the appropriate blend of experience and competency.

All of our roles include similar activities but the exposure, responsibility and accountability vary by level and each individual will be set a clear path for every engagement.

We are confident that our network of consultants is amongst the very best in each of the fields we operate. Through a flexible resourcing pool we are simultaneously able to minimise our overhead and ensure an ability to quickly scale teams for each individual client project.

We are are always interested hearing from potential Freelance staff to manage specific work packages (part of existing programmes), ad-hoc projects or to support our team during peak times.

We have particular interest in proven freelance consultants, analysts, interim managers and programme managers.
