We look for consultants with strong demonstrable and transferable skills to maximise our core consulting team. A proven track record coupled to excellent client facing skills makes the Consultant role an extremely attractive proposition to attain senior responsibility and enable the future of the organisation by developing innovative approaches to programme/ project delivery.

Working as part of a consulting team and in some cases leading our delivery teams, this role is primarily focused on strategic development, implementation planning and delivery.

Typical Career Experience: 5 years or more in a relevant role.

What do you typically do at this level?

This role typically evolves over time into more senior consulting positions such as Principal Consultant and/or Managing Consultant. In any case the role is about leading, managing and enable complex situations.

Strategic Analysis: Solving complex situations (in markets, industries, business and organisations/systems) to create clear insight.  This may include data analysis, modelling, research interviews, workshops, trial programmes or other means to gain comprehensive perspectives.

Strategy Development:  Leading key programmes/projects throughout their lifecycle. Jointly with analysts evaluating client strategic options with robust conceptual and operational awareness.  Development, review and presentation of strategy documents, business/investment cases, operating plans and implementation frameworks.

Business/ Transformation Enablement:  Development of bespoke proposals to address client requirement based on their specific situation and objectives. Transforming proposals or insights into reality.
