Turn-up for UK FMCG company. Ignetica was engaged to support this client’s new board develop a turn around and turn-up (returning static performance to a growth trajectory) strategy.  We undertook a comprehensive internal and external review of the organisation, and facilitated broad based management and employee involvement.  With this insight we helped the board formulate an accelerated strategy to address core changes and open new opportunities.

Global Strategy Review - Leading Household Good  manufacturer:  Managing a strategy with management teams distributed on a global basis is a major task.  To help support this and challenge and test the strategic logic developed, Ignetica was engaged by the board of this market leading client. Following a major strategy review, we were also engaged to manage the annual refresh process working with teams located throughout the world.  

New Ventures - Own Label Manufacturer:  Our client for this project was a European market leader manufacturing product sold under retailers own label.  They had high market share within there core market (tier 1 European retailers) which restricted further growth.  Ignetica was engaged to evaluate the potential of a series of new potential ventures (including joint ventures) which could extend their portfolio with existing clients, or apply their product expertise in new markets.  Strategies were developed for the several prioritised key ventures, and following approval by the board, Ignetica provided full implementation support for the management teams.

We work with Corporate clients on multiple levels.  These may include internal (business capability, organisation & operations) or external (customer, market & product/service) issue,s as well as situational strategies (growth, Innovation and new ventures, turn-around/turn-up) and overall strategy review.

We have developed a particular focus on new corporate ventures frequently involving  joint ventures to address new opportunities and or develop new operating models which radically transform organisational capability and associated competitive capabilities.
