We work directly with Healthcare organisations analysing specific situations and options, developing strategies and plans and supporting their translation into reality.   We also work with leading IT Solution Providers involved in Healthcare primarily in analysing the full strategic, operational and consequent business-value impacts generated through the use of new technologies and approaches.  

Our key focus in Healthcare is technology enabled organisational change, strategic options analysis, strategy review, & implementation support.

Project Example: IM&T Strategy Review for a leading NHS Foundation Trust.  Designed to deliver a clear, actionable strategy to 2016 to enable delivery of the trust’s overall strategic objectives in a challenging financial climate through highly effective use of Information and optimised IT Management.   This included development of the overarching strategic management approach through to planing the key programme to deliver the programme whilst maximising existing investment/programmes.

Project Example: Strategic Options and Business Case Development for an NHS Trust.  As part of a service and cost improvement programme a major potential change programme had been identified.  Ignetica was engaged to analyse the feasibility of the programme and based on this insight to develop the associated business case and outline implementation plan.
